Studying and researching assignments

Workshops are run each semester on topics like citing and referencing, finding information, and improving your academic skills like note taking and writing.

In support of student learning and the first year experience, all commencing students, can collect a free copy of QUT cite|write at a Library Help Desk on any campus (while stocks last). You will need to present your student card or proof of enrolment.

Computing at QUT

The Student and Staff IT Services Guide covers all you will need to know about the IT environment at QUT including email accounts, passwords, Internet access and more.

Scholarships

QUT has a range of scholarships on offer to commencing students, continuing students and international students.

Scholarships can help to pay for your student contribution, your accommodation, education or your general living expenses.  A range of scholarships, bursaries, free computers and other financial measures is also available to students from low-income backgrounds.
